Quitars / Hyperbolic Line
Futuristic guitar design, based on hyperbolic shapes. I'm not sure how ergonomic and practical these guitars would be to play.
The body of the guitar consists of one hyperboloid and ellipsoid connected (C1 continuity) and boolean operated with a cube.
The body was duplicated, translated and boolean operated with the actual body shape for beveling. One point light source.
Two material blended with each other using scope channel. There is no single polygon in this model.
The body of the guitar consists of one cube, one ellipsoid and two hyperboloids boolean operated with each other.
The boolean operation is: hyperboloid AND cube AND (hyperboloid OR ellipsoid).
